Hi..

This is the form for which I am using chronoforms.. When I do "create table", it shows only 4 fields. But I want all the input types to be the fields. Please let me know whats the wrong with this..

Hi joomladodo,

Your html needs cleaning up a little. From a quick scan you need to put quotes round the attribute values so replace <INPUT type=text name=Time> with <INPUT type='text' name='Time'> Single or double quote are good - no quotes won't work with ChronoForms (and I think isn't valid html any more).
