Forum ranks

RickLiamMahoney 30 Nov, 2013
I created some ranks for my forum and I have gathered that I have to input some PHP to get them to work correctly, am I right? If so is there an easy way to implement them as I know very minimal PHP.
Please and thank you

Hi Rick,

No PHP is needed, you can simply leave the code box blank and the rank will use the rank's title, for example, create a new rank and name it "admins", and assign it to the "super users" group, now when you login to the forum with your super user account, you will receive the "admins" rank which will be displayed under your username and in the profile!

Is there a way to set a specific rank to a specific user?

Yes, assign this user to a new group and set a rank for this group only!
