Captcha and re-direct not playing nice

Good Day All

First of all thank you for Chrono Forms.

I looks like I am also having trouble with the Captcha and re-direct. I had Chrono Forms 2.3.8 installed with Joomla 1.0.13 and image verification turned on, all was fine.

I then updated to Joomla 1.0.15 and found that Chrono Forms would not send the form nor would it re-direct the user to the thank you page I had as a re-direct (customer sent to blank Joomla page) BUT the Captcha image was visible.

I then updated to Chrono Forms 2.3.9 hoping that would fix the problem, but no luck, and now there is no Captcha image at all.

If I turn off the image verification all works fine.

Hi Dave,

Looking at that first warning it may be that you are missing the background.png image. Please check your /home/xxxxxxxx/public_html/components/com_chronocontact/ folder and see if it is there.

If not, I've attached a copy.

Hi Bob

The image did exist "components/com_chronocontact/" I went ahead and replaced it with the one you attached still no luck using "With fonts" but the "Without Fonts" is now working and the re-direct is back.

Could the background.png be corrupt in the update package as I see it was one of the files updated.

Now all we need to do is get the "With Fonts" working and I'll be a happy camper.

From the Anti-Spam tab:
Select the type of image to show?: With fonts
GD Version: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)
FreeType Support: Yes
PNG Support: Yes

Hi Dave,

Hmmm could be a corrupted file somewhere - I just copy them into the upgrader folders, or they might have been corrupted in the FTP upload, that's happened before.

If With Fonts isn't working I wonder if the default.ttf file is also damaged? Please try this in the smae folder.

I have fixed the "With font" problem by re-uploading the "default.ttf" I then re-uploaded the ChronoForms update and every thing is working as it should I not sure what happen.
