Hi. I installed Chronocontact_V4.0_RC2_J1.6_2.5_3.0 on a Joomla 2.5.11 installation.

When I visit /administrator/index.php?option=com_chronocontact
I receive a completely blank white page.

The component is enabled.

How can I fix this?

Hi SRD,

A blank page is usually a sign of a PHP error, please try setting the Site Error Reporting to Maximum and see if you get a more helpful error message.

Not sure where to do that.

Under Debug Settings, I turned Debug System and Debug Language both to Yes.

Chrono Contact page still comes up blank.

I found it, under Global Configuration > Server > Error Reporting = maximum.

ChronoContact component now generates:

Hi,

I installed ChronoContact (V4.0_RC2) on Joomla 2.5.3.
I face the same issue as the one described by SRD (same error message).
I was wondering if Max found a solution.

This error means that you don't have PHP 5.3 active on the web server!
