URGENT - Form seems to work - but doesn't ...

Hello everybody,

I have set up a form on http://www.abilis.de/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&Itemid=169
which used to work without any problems for weeks.

Today we found a problem: the form seems to work smoothly, but it actually doesn't send emails, neither to the sender nor to the recipient. On submitting the form the "success" page is generated, which makes the sender believe everything's ok.

I am using Joomla 1.5 in Legacy Mode 1.0 and the latest Version of ChronoContact 2.5 RC3.1 (updated today). Enclosed please find a backup of my form ....

WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM?

Hi screengrafixx,

If it's stopped sending emails then the most likely problems are changes in your ISPs mail setup.

Does your site send other emails OK?

What shows up when you set DeBug on?

» Where should these messages show up? I tried "DeBug on", but were just forwarded to the success page.

If you have a RedirectURl you need to remove it temporarily to see the DeBug info.

everything works! My customer recently made changes in the mail setup and just found the mistake. Thanks for your effort ...
