Fatal error after submit

I am using joomla 1.5 and the latest chronoforms.
When i submit a form i get the following message:
Fatal error: session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: Failed to initialize storage module: user (path: /tmp) in ....../public_html/components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.php on line 200
Can someone please help.

Hi Hans,

do you have image verification/Anti Spam enabled ? if yes and you need it enabled then you can apply the patch
here to fix this!🙂
