Parse error: unexpected '='

Hi!

What does this error mean - it appears after sending the form (form are written into the sql database)? I have made a backup and restored it ... but the error appears again ....

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '=' in /components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.php(497) : eval()'d code on line 272

In the received mail it appears this error:
