Linking the form

I created the form, but do not know how to link it. Can anybody help? Thx😟

Hi,

In the backend of the component, every form created will have a link beside it, just copy and paste this link to a new menu item of type URL!

OR

Create a normal menu item of type component, then give it some name, then hit "APPLY", then you will have a box on teh right hand saying "form name", enter the form name there!
