Mail not sent or received

I have installed Joomla 1.5 and the latest version of chrono.

Everything seems to work except n email are recieved. I have verified that the Joomla installaton works in terms of email.

Where are the obvious places to look with chrono

any help much appreciated.

Thanks for the quick reply,

I have been through the faq and also set the error reporting to maximum in joomla.

I get the following error

Undefined variable: imver in

plugins/content/chronocontact.php on line 182

Hi AprilFloyd,

That's just a warning that you are seeing because your error reporting is set to Max. It will be fixed in the next Joomla 1.5 release of ChronoForms, meanwhile please set error reporting back to System Default.

Pleas take a Form Backup from the Form Manager and post it here or email it to me at the address in my sig and I'll take a closer look.

Hi AprilFloyd,

The form appears to work OK and I receive and email from it. It could be that when the email has the same address in the To & From fields it is rejected, or that the Reply To address is not recognised by your ISP? Is it the same as the address in your site config?

I'm having the same issue. Also using Joomla 1.5 stable and Chrono Contact 2.5 J1.5 RC1

Followed the FAQ - website sends emails ok and dummy email looks good.

What do I look for now?

Hi Brad,

Please look in the Debug info - just above the dummy email and see if it says 'Email sent' or 'Email not sent'?
