Need Help Urgently..

Hello there..

I have been working with form and try to receive respond the reply email but everything gooin not so well eventhough I follow all instruction. The information stored in database but I didnt receive email from the website. Please help... I need this working immediately.. Thanks

Anyway, I installed the latest ChronoForms 2 days ago..

Component :- ChronoForms V2.3.5
Mambots :- ChronoForms Bot V 0.5

I didnt know why I face the same problem eventhough I refer all topic from this forum. So, I just leave it to the expert as I need suggestion immediately. Here also includes the result after the form submission. The debug said "Email not Sent".

Hi Mervin,

#1- please clear all fields under the "special fields" tab!
#2- please clear the "reply to email", "reply to name" fields
#3- please fill the "Email address(es)" field with the valid target receiver email address, and the "Email subject" with a valid email subject

Tell me how this goes!

I checked every folder in my email and I didnt receive any email from the website. Anyway, below is the latest amendment I made in my General Tab. Thanks

Besides, I checked my bulk mail as Im using yahoo but everything seem not going well.. I guess maybe something missing in the form that make it not work properly..

Try making the from email "admin@admin.com" ?

Are the chronoform default email is "admin@admin.com"....? I tried it before and it still wont work...:( .... Do you have any suggestion then...?:blink:

HI vipmerv,

What's wrong is probably the 'fromemail' in the To field. This looks like a fieldname where ChronoForms is expecting an email address.

What those it mean then...? Im not understand... I ask Max to log on to the admin site and he said that this is the 1st problem he found via joomla. I guess you need to check the Admin area as well. Can you help me with that Bob... Im really stuck with this right now..😟

No need to worry about it anymore... It solved because of the SMTP and phpmailer issue.. I guess this would help everyone out there who face the same problem as mine... Thanks All... Im really excited with this...:woohoo: :laugh:
