conditional forms

Hi, I KNOW I saw this somewhere, but now I can't find it. Sorry to start a new thread.

How do you make conditional forms? That a field shows up depending on the answer to a certain question?

Also, could you please put a search on the main website? I specifically am trying to search the FAQs.

do you mean to show it on the email or at the same form using javascript code to hide/show it ?🙂
