Did the CAD form work well now ?

To create a thank you page, make it any normal content page then put its URL in the redirect url field of chronoForms.

You can use the email template to format the email!

We have a big FAQs section describing all these points, please give it alook😉

Not sure how, another way is to add this code at the onsumbit :
