Hello,

About a week or more ago, I created a Chrono Form on one of my websites, and all worked fine with a Joomla Admin panel/site.

However today, under the web site page - instead of seeing my layout & form I get this error message online, amongst a white background.

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '' (include_path='.:/php/includes') in /home/seeslim.com/httpdocs/components/com_chronocontact/chronocontact.php on line 19

How do I fix this?

I've looked under ChronoManagement - and my form is still there.

I had asked my service provider to move web site files from <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.website.com/joomla">www.website.com/joomla</a><!-- w --> to <!-- w --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.website.com">www.website.com</a><!-- w --> - and now I see errors.

How do I fix this?

Many thanks in advance, Please PM me or email and I can give you web site address & user name/password to my admin panel if needed.

Hi Ksorman,

Iam not sure what did your provider do to move the site but the joomla config file will need to be edited at least, all files and directories should be moved too, did he do this well ?

Cheers

Hi Karen,

The failure comes up because $mainframe->getPath isn't finding the correct path to load a file. This is all core Joomla code not specific to ChronoForms so I think that something has changed with your re-locate.

There are two paths that Jooma uses, Absolute Path and Live Site. You can see the settings for these on the Sever tab in Global Configuration. Check that these are correct for the new location of your site.

If they are wrong, you can't change them in Joomla but will need to edit 'configuration.php' in your joomla site folder.
