New here. Im definitely a novice.

I will preface with I searched and didnt find a post that seemed to answer any of my issues. Maybe they did and I didnt realize it.

I downloaded the newest Chronoforms and successfully loaded it into Joomla.

I created a form in Frontpage as it was a handy editor i had available. Here is a link to my form I created and uploaded onto my site.

http://reversefinanceusa.com/mortgage/index.php?option=com_chronocontact&chronoformname=Application&Itemid=29

I pasted the form I had made into the Form code/ Form html link in the chronoforms area inside joomla.

I then created an email address in my cpanel.

I then input this info within the general tab.

Form name: application
email the results: yes
email address: adressicreated@mysite.com
email subject: lead
form tag: ( I left this blank )
form method: post
omitted field names ( left blank )
record and send users IP: NO
from email: addressicreated@mysite.com
from name: my website name
reply to email: left blank
in which format to display results: Field titles
debug: off

For some reason it will not send to the email address the form info.
Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? I am more than willing to pay for this unique software after I can get it to work

Thank you very much in advance for any help.

Fred

Sir,

Thank you for the follow up and help.

I cleared the code in the form code/ form html

I cut and pasted the code without the elements you asked me to remove and then re posted it into the form code/ form html section.

I then rechecked all of the email info I put into the other sections. I tested it and it unfortunately still did not work.

Is there something else you can think of to make this darn thing work?

Thank you in advance

I do not have a register section. i do however have a form that came standard with the template i use within the site for the "contact" page.

http://www.reversefinanceusa.com

I tried the contact form and it did not send it to me either. Im unsure why that is. I am new at this and just built the website. What a learning curve.

Maybe this gives you more ideas? Thank you again for all your help.

Part of my problem is that there are soooo many plugins everyone when i try to troubleshoot issues sends me elsewhere.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you
