bug in the formsmanager

Hi admin,
When hovering over the link to a form in the formsmanager the url does not contain the site name, resulting in an error when you try to view the form. It seems that in admin.chronocontact.html @mosconfig_live_site is missing in line 16.
Will adding this declaration solve the problem?
