Checkbox to table as 0 or 1

Hello all,

Does anybody know how to pass check-box values as 1 or 0 into the database? I am struggling to find a solution. I have multiple check-boxes all with 1 value only (I don't use check-box groups) and all I want is to pass these values into the table as 0 or 1.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
