I am using chronoforms v4..When i go to submit the form i get two errors. here they are.

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting ',' or ';' in /home/wdejesus/public_html/administrator/components/com_chronoforms/form_actions/db_save/db_save.php(44) : eval()'d code on line 34

Fatal error: Call to a member function bind() on a non-object in /home/wdejesus/public_html/administrator/components/com_chronoforms/form_actions/db_save/db_save.php on line 67

Any help would be highly appreciated.

These look like the errors we see in CFv3.5 when there is an invalid character in an input name. I took a look at your form and it all looks OK - but there are so many inputs I can't check them all.

Not much more to suggest I'm afraaid.
