forms were working fine... suddenly something happened and they stopped working... i mean email is not being sent.
please help me to where to start from troubleshooting.
i used rsform pro and it worked fine which means this is not smtp problem.

Well I guess that something has changed. It wasn't the ChronoForms code unless you upgraded. And I guess that you haven't changed any of the form settings, so that leaves the SMTP and the your ISP's spam filters. My money is on the spam filters.
Please turn debug on for one of your forms and copy and paste the debug output here. There will be a block of messages and a 'dummy' email.

Provided that you have a reasonably recent version it's a setting on the Form General Tab.

You need to submit the form. If you don't see the debug code then you may have a redirect url set - please remove that temporarily.

There's no email message in there so it looks as though the emails aren't enabled.

You must have a From Email; you may also want a ReplyTo name to go with the ReplyTo Email

Hmmm . . . That's the Joomla Plugins class I think, not the ChronoForms plugins. I'm not sure why that would be loading. Can you post a link to the form please.

the problem was that i renamed the form and never read the page desc.
