Help! Error Message: NOT enough permission to view

Hi,

This is my first time to use ChronoConnectivity and I have this message on the frontend "You don't have sufficient view permissions to view this page". Am I missing something here? I followed the instruction from creating a search button in the forum. Please advice. Thanks.

Hi jmarian,

Make sure that in the ChronoConnectivity setup you have enabled front-end viewing for all users. (You can limit it to a subset later; for developing it's easier to have it open.)

Bob,

I am having the same problem but sporadically. I found the work around is to re-validate the installation. After the validation, it works fine for a few days or a week. Any ideas?

Hi chriseagleson,

No, I've no idea at all. As far as I know there is no connection at all between validation and the permissions so that is even more baffling :-(

Hey Bob,

I have found that everytime my server is rebooted, I have to re validate my chronoform license. The actual license looks fine but until I re validate the license I will continue to get the permission problem.

I've no idea why you are being 'un-validated'; nor do I know of any connection between validation and permissions :-(

Max may be able to help with this - he knows about the validation checks.
