Publish from frontend or email

I’d like to have the ability for moderators to see the comments from frontend before they are published: they receive a link to a new comment now but they can’t see the comment.
They could have a preview of the comment and a link in the mail to approve the new post.

I think you can do this by making changes in the HTML code of your site. This will require a certain degree of coding to add this button and linking it to the email.
