Joomla 1.0.13 release

Joomla 1.10.13 was released on 21 July. This is a minor bug-fix release timed to coincide with the Joomla 1.5 RC1 release.

As far as I can see from the release notes none of the changes in 1.10.13 affect ChronoForms. But note that *all* 'remember me' cookies will be invalid after the upgrade until you login again.

PS Max has said that he will support ChronoForms under 1.5.
