I have this problem, there are no spaces between my form name and entries, I have manually tried to put spaces but to no avail. Is there a way i can do that, And the automated email that gets sent to the client after submission does not work, as i have tested is on myself with a different username. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hi jjtao,

You can change this layout by editing the Email Template in the Email Template tab.

Please check the Email tutorial from the Downloads area here to make sure that you have emails set up correctly. Ask again if this doens't fix your problem.
