Completing the second combobox using Ajax?

hello, I have 2 combobox. The first has to list of states. The second is to be filled with cities regarding the state selected.
How do this with ajax?
My table is the state and city fields

Hi agnusdays,

I don't know how you'd do this with Ajax. There was a conversation a few weeks back about doing this for a list of US, Canadian and Mexican states/provinces using client-side JavaScript.
