Need simple form for J1.5 version

Hi everyone

Ive finally moved over to Joomla 1.5 and have to say its pretty good, the only problem is that the form I have made for the previous version will no longer work😟

So If someone could give me a quote for building a simple form: Name, address, telephone number, message, with validation and image verification that would be great. Sent over as a .cfbak would be perfect

If some one is interested let me know how much and we can do a deal

Hi pepper,

Have you checked Chronoforms V3.0 BETA 2 for J1.5 first ? it has a built in drag and drop form creator for fast and quick setup of simple forms like this one!
