I would like to create a form to submit content to my site.

I have installed Chronoforms 3 and am trying to install submitcontent.cfbak but cannot see how to do it

yes, i tried to follow the instructions.

when i restore form, i receive the following error: Restoring the whole form failed Failed, error :

THis is what I am having a problem with. I just installed Chronoforms. I installed the component and the mambot. There is also a plugin file for Joomla 1.5 and I downloaded this but it will not install, it says there is an xml file missing. I activated Chronofrms and I can see the component. I click on restore form and try to upload this contentsubmit. It seems to work and go through...but nothing is there. There are no forms or anything. Just an emtpy chronoforms screen with no forms to select. I tried a zillion times. I am not sure what I have done worng or what I have not done. Been searching, there is no installation guide.
Oh, I have the latest version of Chronoforms.

but that didn't do anything. still am unable to install the submit content.

Solution: The backup file attempts to access root/administrator/cache which was unwritable
I changed the perms and it worked.
