Deactivate Email for Like-Function

Hello guys,

we're using chronoforums2 in joomla! 3.9.5.

There's a possibility to give users the permission to Like answers in topics. That works well, but the user always gets an email about it.

Is it possible to deactivate these email notifications? Even if I don't activate any email notification in the Settings-section, the user gets always these emails.
