empty forms arrive

empty forms arrive even if I only update the page, it arrives on blank or filled out form emails but without that I press submission

You probably have the email action inside the load event instead of the submit event.

Looks fine. If it's not sending email now then your are submitting to the wrong event

If it takes several hours that's nothing to do with Chronoforms and you need to talk to your host.
