I need to create a chronoform form, with base fields; name, last name, repair status

my requirement is to query the specific field for each user, who logs in.

Also I should be able to add new lines, writing directly on the db.

Sure! Use V6, not V5.

With either CFv5 or CFv6 you can get the User ID in the form On Load event and then use a DB Read action to get the data for that user.
