no name of the objects in the designer mode and if i add a file i lost another file

joomla versio 3.9.6. the left part in completely white, so for add a new field i clone one of the present. When i save i see the new but i have lost one of the old fields.
Please help me.. I tryed to reinstall CF6 but the results is the same.

Do you have the latest 6.1.2 update ? is this a new form or an existing one ?

Did you try ChronoMyAdmin for managing your Joomla database tables ?
