table prefix problem

Hi.
Chronoform and connectivity are giving "1103 Incorrect table name" error when try to click table. Because extensions can not see table prefix. Both extensions are read prefix in read_data etc function. But both extensions can not see prefix on form manager or connection manager.

Known issue, should be fixed in next update.
