Form not saving

Hi
When I want to Save or Save & Close my window dims with the spinning cursor and stays there until I refresh.

Hi Karl,

The Form Admin forms are very large and you are probably hitting a server limit. Please check the FAQ for 'my form wan't save'

If it's still not saving, Press F12 and have a look at your console. If there's an error there like 403 or 404 you might need to have your web host check you mod_security settings.

Yes, but you need to have a way to identify the user. If they are logged in you can use their User ID, otherwise you need something unique - an email address will probably work OK.
