Multipage send tabs by email

Hello. I have a form with multipages. When I submit the info of form I received the email without name of tabs.

Is it possible send this informatin of tabs on email?

Please find in attachment pintscreen of form and the message received.

Hi LeadershipBC ,

ChronoForms doesn't do that automatically but you can use a custom Email template and edit it to include any extra information that you need.
