Cannot send email

Hi Admin,
i cannot seem to send emails after submitting the form. my settings seems to be fine, my Joomla is set to allow sending emails from the Global Configuration.
the debugger displays this:

my domain is driverslicencetranslation.com.au and i created 2 working emails, one set "from email" and one set to "to email":
order@driverslicencetranslation.com.au
request@driverslicencetranslation.com.au
i also attached images of my form settings.
can you please help?

Hi guill9710,
There is no From Name showing in the Debugger output - if that is left empty the email will fail.

Also, you don't have to actually create the email addresses you're sending "from".

Doesn't have to Bob. It can be literally anything as long as the domain matches. Source: done it a whole bunch of times.

is the attachment settings something to do with it?

Hi again Bob,
i tried removing the input in the attachment list although i left the auto attachment enabled and the email was sent successfully.
so it is not sending email if i input my file attachment in the attachment list. any idea why and how to fix it?

The [files] array in the debug output is showing a list of file types rather than a file path/name - I guess that there is something wrong with the settings there.
