Purchased validation for ChronoForms not workin

Hello,
on 14 august I have bought a validation for 3 domains. once made the payment by credit card an order number with 25 digits appeared on screen (i have a screenshot of that). when i am trying to get the 1st key by using this order number, it says that the order can't be found. I have received a payment confirmation email from 2Checkout and my purchase appears correctly on their site (and is recorded in my credit card statement too).
I have already sent a message through your contact form (i included the purchase email address and the order number in the message - received an automatic confirmation that my message was received), but until now i did not receive any reply. I need to get a form started for a client by Monday next week, so I would appreciate any advise on how to make this work.

thank you for your reply. I have already done what you suggest in the other thread, i have used the contact form and sent a message. i suppose i just have to wait more and hope i get a reply. I see that i am not the only case anyway. hope it gets solved soon
