Insert a link in the output email to activate new users

I created this registration form:
http://www.parlamentodellalegalita.it/new/index.php/richiesta_adesione.html

The form automatically creates the new user and does not activate it. It also sends an email to the administrator with all the data entered by the user.
I would like to insert a link in this administrator email to quickly activate the user .

Is it possible?
