Form start with captcha error message

Hi,
I made a new form. And this start with the captcha error message
what did i do wrong?

Hi Jan,

It looks as if you have the Check ReCaptcha action in the On Load event - it needs to be in the On Submit event so the captcha is checked when the form is submitted.
