Issues with authorize.net

We were informed by a client that Chronoforms5 with the authorize.net payment gateway is giving their visitors errors when attempting to check-out. We went into the form in question and created a zero sale dropdown option, turned on debug mode and proceeded to complete the form and attempt a check-out. We are getting a response reason code of 103, "This transaction cannot be accepted."
We logged into the client's authorize.net account and the Login ID is correct however we are not able to see the Key code without generating a new one. In reviewing all of their Chronoforms5 forms we verified that the Key code within all their forms are the same and up until the other day, were working! The form we are currently working can be found at this URL;

In the 'Make Selection' dropdown is an option called, 'System Test - Do not use'. This is the zero sale button we created for testing.
We are hoping you can part some of your wisdom on this issue and assist us in getting all of their on-line payment forms working again. Thanking you deeply for any and all assistance you can provide.
