ChronoForms V6 emails not sending

Have a form that appears in all settings to be ok and emails aren't being sent. The form is at http://www.millercontractors.com.au/e4f Debug shows as below. What am I missing? ​

Hi yerg,
There is no sign of an Email action in the Debugger output you posted. Do you have one in the form Submit event? If so is it enabled?

Having some cache issues here I'm thinking Bob.
Server, Joomla and browser all disabled and couldn't get that happening.
Removed browser and reinstalled.
All changes now saved.
Crazy weird.
