How to chronoforms retrieve data from chronoconnectivity in CC&CF5

I have chronoconnectivity display data from 1 table , and add 1 link on every row call 1 another Form (chronoforms) (form save data in 1 another table) not edit data in 1 table
I want to form (chronoforms) retrieve data from chronoconnectivity set some text box in form
please help me.
