V1 to V2 Import not working

Hi.
I've installed Chronoforums V2 and I'm trying to import V1 forums and posts using the Import button but the progress bar is not moving and nothing is being imported.
I'm using Joomla 3.8.5
Any hint??

it should work, if not then you can send me temporarily admin login using the contact page and I can check your website!
