Email attached PDF in email

Good day,

I have read through many MANY forum posts and maybe I am just not getting this...
I have a form set up to attach PDF files only.
In the Success part under Setup I have it specified as per the attachment and my form is not attaching anything.

Please could anyone assist me to get this to work?

P.S - How do I see submissions? - Forms that are already submitted...[file=10147]Screen_Shot_2018-03-01_at_11.26.13_AM.png[/file]

Hi uriel ,

You have set file_upload as the File Name Provider - I think that will result in all your uploads being given the same name - file_upload. Please try leaving that empty.

If you have saved your form data to a database table you can review that from the Forms Manager or create a listing using CC to let you view the records.

Hi Bob,

I have done as suggested and this is all i get when I test the form :

Name
Terence
Company
SynnCom
email
info@domain.com
Contact number
0715017201
Message
Terence Testing
Upload PDF file
20180301122106_fedrail.pdf
Although the file name is specified, I am not getting the actual PDF attached to the email...

I am also not sure what you mean by : "create a listing using CC" ?

I have now created a Save to Database in the Setup

I am not sure if i was clear enough on my above reply...

The main issue is that I am not receiving the uploaded file via email...

Please can you assist me with fixing this?
