comments in HTML areas

Hi,
I often use comments to logically suppress parts of my work. This doesn't work for function calls in HTML areas of CC6 like the Content area of the Events Tab. I mean:

<!-- {fn:my_fn} -->

will execute my_fn.😟

Yes, the content is just parsed for the syntax, you can add a space to break the shortcode.
