Form completed successfully but email never arrives

I've got a Chronoforms 5 installation running on Joomla 3.8.3 that I can cmplete and submit, receiving a successful submission message, but the email never arrives. There is no indication that anything went wrong. The form had been working fine up to that point.

Is there anywhere I can look that might indicate what the problem is? A log file or something?
