Can TO and FROM EMAIL Fields Left Blank

Will not having an email in the Basic Tab "To" and "From Email" fields cause a problem?

I'm creating a form that does not need either.

Hi LikeStuff,

I would expect that you will have problems sending email with no To address or if the From address does not match the site domain.
