TCPDF Broken In Latest Update

After the latest update to version 6.0.15 TCPDF seems to be broken. PDF's are not being generated by forms, and in the setup the action appears blank and settings are inaccessible:

This is a CRIPPLING bug for a form with high traffic. We reverted to version 6.0.14, but the issue persists. Was there an update to TCPDF included in the update?
