Authorize.net Amount getting double or tripled on submission

Can someone take a look at this test form? It's successfully submitting a transaction using the authorize.net plugin for Chronoforms, but the field labeled "Payment Amount" is getting doubled or tripled when sending the value to authorize.net. For example today, I submitted 3.00 as my amount. Logged into authorize.net and the total processed was 9.00. Any ideas would help. I have Validation set to YES, and no for all other values.

I bought at license for both Chronoforms 5 and the authorize.net plugin and it's working now.
