One element is not displayed on the frontend because the extension is not validated.

This is a new limitation added to the latest Connectivity release, its shown in the Connectivity admin area.

You can enable the trial mode or buy a subscription, but I can give you a free validation key since you are a long time user, just send me the domain name using the contact page.

All lists are empty indeed, whenever I select and item from the dropdown and click "ok", it shows an empty list, which one I should select ?
