Hallo,

Is it possible when I make a form with Chronoforms, the user can choose an option in a list of pictures (colors) instead of text-options ? Each color has his unique number.

I think so - you would need to add a Custom Element with the HTML to create the element with the images included. I can remember doing this with ChronoForms v3/4 but not more recently.

Did you try this using the "Radio group" ? in the options list using the following:

opt1=<img src="image_url">
opt2=<img src="image_url">

I'm attaching a block of the radios with HTML labels which you can change to anything like <img> tags, you need to restore this file under the "Blocks manager" in the LATEST chronoforms v6.0.9 then you can use it under your form > Designer > More
