Emails Don't Send Some of the Time in J3

Using v4.0.7 in J3.6.5. Noticing that some of the time, emails don't get sent at all from the forms. It appears to be random. The forms work fine some of the time. Other times, the forms work (data is saved, thank you message shows) but no email is sent (confirmed through server mail reports).

Joomla mailer settings is set to PHP Mail. Tests have always been successful.

Any thoughts on what is going on here?

Impossible to say from the information here. ChronoForms will send the mailer info to the Joomla! mailer so something is failing after that step. If you have saved the form data to a database table you can cross-check to see if there are any clues in the failed mailings.

If you are using the Dynamic From email address that can cause problems like this.
