Cannot access configuration from Joomla backend!!! Help!!!

Hello,
after installing both Chronoform 6 and CC and modules and plugins I cannot access anymore any Joomla configuration (Global config, Extension Manager / Plugins, etc...).

I get a blank page or

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare r_() (previously declared in /home/nsgcoaxw/public_html/libraries/cegcore2/joomla_gcloader.php:25) in /home/nsgcoaxw/public_html/libraries/cegcore/joomla_gcloader.php on line 24

What should I do??? Please help!

Answer

Hi Chiari,

Please rename this file:
/home/nsgcoaxw/public_html/libraries/cegcore/joomla_gcloader.php
to:
/home/nsgcoaxw/public_html/libraries/cegcore/joomla_gcloader__.php

Then open the website and after its working, disable the Chronoforms5 "plugin", you can't run v6 with v5 "plugin" enabled.

Thank you. But is it possible to have both Chronoforms5 and 6 working on the same joomla website?

Hi Isabella,

Yes, but if the v5 and v6 runs on the SAME page then this problem occurs, now you have v5 and v6 plugins running, and the plugins run on every page, and so you have this problem.
